
I love to create my peace and find relaxation time doing what I love, from time to time. This is essential for our mental health.
What I find so therapeutic recently is scents, I indulge and revel in certain scents that resonates with me and brings good memories.
So, I went on a scent or fragrance search in my local stores, to find which appeals to me at the point in time and found a really good one, itβs eucalyptus mint and a zesty zing with it and from research I found mint scents keeps away pests, so I was done searching for now.
I created my peaceful and quiet space with my scent, and my favourite gospel music, and I designed it to my pleasure (Music is a world within itself, with a language we all understand – Stevie Wonder). I can relax in my lovey space to read my inspirational or watch comedies or just enjoy a quiet moment and praise God in my heart.
